Features
These stock medical chart dividers include 50 sets of 8 divider sheets with pre-printed, 1/8th cut bottom tabs.
Each sheet is 8-1/2" x 11" with a the mylar laminated tabs extending an additional 1/2" on the bottom.
These divider sheets are made out of a 90 lb. (90#) manila stock and tabs are printed in black ink on both sides. Each sheet has two, mylar reinforced, holes punched on the top.
